Menu / Price List

All stations include, chef set up, serve and tear down. Minimum 100 people.

additional charges my apply according to distance travel to venue.

Station #1 Chorizo and Morcella

$14 per person

Portuguese chorizo, flambé with brandy. Roasted morcella sausage (blood sausage)served with fresh cow cheese, assorted olives, cornbread, fava salad and chickpea salad  


Station #2 Tosta Mista

$16 per person

Freshly made ham and grilled cheese sandwich. Traditional ham (queijo flamingo) thinly sliced cheese on pan caseiro (home style bread) layered with butter.

Station # 3 Leitao (suckling pig)

$760 total

Fresh warm suckling pig cut to order, served with traditional sauce, peppers and buns.

additional pigs at $360 each

serves 100 people approximately


Station #4 Live sweet table

$18 per person

Custard tarts, freshly baked at station and served warm. Live torch Leite Crem (crème  brûlé) accompanied with rice pudding, bolo de bolacha, chocolate mousse, touching de ceu and crème caramel.

Station # 5 Malasada station

$13 dollars per person

Traditional Portuguese donuts and Hawaiian style donuts, tossed in cinnamon sugar, stuffed with custard and Nutella.
