Starters

  • Assorted Rustic Breads with butter
  • Charcuterie board (assorted cured meats, dried fruit, berries, crostinis, pickled vegetables)
  • Imported & Domestic hard and soft cheeses, grapes, berries, crostini sand crackers
  • Full side pull apart salmon marinaded in soy maple  topped with mango salsa
  • Flame charred assorted vegetable platter and olives
  • Chicken lollipops with teriyaki, sesame seed and micro greens


Course 2

Caesar salad

Romaine hearts with kale, house made zesty dressing, rye crouton, shaved parmasan .

Baby Spinach and Arugula

Mandarins, roasted beets,  red onion, crumbled goat cheese in a citrus vinaigrette 

6oz AAA California cut strip-loin steak

served with creamy peppercorn sauce 

Herb Crusted Supreme Chicken breast

served with Carbanet cream sauce 

Locally sourced vegetables

tossed with confi  shallots

Herb Roasted Potato

Dessert

Assorted petite sweets, cakes, flans, custard pudding, cookies and sliced fruit

Columbian Coffee , Dairies , Sugars, ceramic cups, assorted herbal teas.
