    • Assorted rustic breads with butter and dips
    • Charcuterie board (assorted cured meats, dried fruit, berries, crostinis, pickled vegetables
    • Imported and Domestic hard and soft cheeses, grapes, Berries, crostini and crackers
    • Flame charred assorted vegetables and marinated olives
    • Grilled Angus flat iron steak, chimichurri sauce,  roasted cipollini onions and micro greens
    • Freshly shucked oysters shots, served in shot glasses with signature sauce
    • Warm golden brown Brie bundles on a zesty berry compote



    Course 2

    Roasted golden beet salad

    Oven roasted golden beets, pesto marinaded bocconcini cheese, pomegranate Seeds, arugula, sherry shallot vinaigrette and spring pea shoots

    Deconstructed Caesar salad

    Romaine hearts, air dried pancetta, grilled cornbread spears, shaved pecorino and house made zesty dressing

    Porcini Crusted Beef Tenderloin

    AAA beef tenderloin with a Cabernet  reduction

    Flame Charred Jumbo Shrimp

    8/12 jumbo shrimps served with garlic white wine sauce

    Asiago Sage Potato’s

    Smashed mini red potato’s, grated Asiago, fresh sage with brown butter 

    Locally Seasonal Vegetables

    tossed with confi shallots

    Desserts

    Assorted petite sweets, cakes, flans, custard pudding, cookies, chocolate covered strawberries, mini brules and exotic sliced fruit

    Coffee and Tea Station

    Columbian coffee, dairies, sugars, assorted herbal teas served in ceramic cups
